Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Swage AI’s website and social publishing services.

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Swage AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Swage AI helps creators prepare, review, and publish original short-form content to accounts they authorize. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and meet the minimum age and account requirements of every connected platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, accounts, and credentials and for activity performed through your account.
4. Connected platforms and authorization
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Each account owner must grant the permissions required by the relevant platform. You may revoke a connection through the platform’s settings. Swage AI will not ask for or store your third-party platform password.
5. Publishing control
You remain responsible for reviewing the content, caption, disclosures, audience, and interaction settings before publication. Swage AI will initiate a publish request only after the user gives express approval. Processing and moderation decisions are controlled by the receiving platform.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Swage AI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to use and publish the content.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; publish deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unlawful material; impersonate others; manipulate engagement; distribute malware; bypass platform safeguards; access accounts without authorization; or interfere with the Service. You must follow each connected platform’s terms, developer rules, community guidelines, advertising rules, and disclosure requirements.
8. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing all output and deciding whether it is appropriate to publish. Swage AI does not guarantee reach, engagement, recommendation eligibility, approval, or continued account access on any platform.
9. Third-party services
Connected platforms are independent services governed by their own terms. Their APIs, availability, permissions, and policies may change without notice. Swage AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or any other platform identified on this website.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, excluding user content, is owned by Swage AI and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to use Swage AI names, marks, or branding except as necessary to use the Service.
11. Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk for the Service or others, or if required by law or a platform provider. You may stop using the Service and revoke connected-platform permissions at any time.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Swage AI disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swage AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, platform enforcement, or lost opportunities arising from use of the Service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
