Information from connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform such as TikTok, we may receive identifiers, profile information, authorization scopes, access and refresh tokens, publishing status, and other information permitted by you and the platform. We do not receive your third-party platform password.

Technical information

We may collect device, browser, log, diagnostic, security, and usage information needed to operate and protect the Service.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate you and maintain authorized platform connections.
• Prepare, preview, upload, and publish content only after your direction and approval.
• Show publishing results and troubleshoot failed requests.
• Secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

Swage AI does not sell personal information or use connected-platform data for independent advertising profiles.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that operate the Service; to a connected platform when you direct us to publish or perform another requested action; to authorities when legally required; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not authorize service providers to use information for their own unrelated purposes.

5. Your choices and controls

You decide which platforms to connect and what to publish. You may disconnect TikTok inside the publishing workspace or revoke access through TikTok’s settings. You may also request access to or deletion of information held by Swage AI, subject to legal and security exceptions. Revoking access does not delete content already published to a third-party platform.

6. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described here, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Authorization credentials are deleted or rendered unusable when no longer needed or when a valid deletion request is completed.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party platforms

Your use of a connected platform remains governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. Swage AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or the other platforms identified on this website.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Platform-specific minimum-age rules may be higher and continue to apply.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service develops. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service.
